Young ladies behind the counter were nice and professional. Dr. Khan was and is awesome. You felt he really cared which I have not felt in the 2 years I've been injured. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the hard time I had finding it.

What is RSD/CRPS?
It is a rare disorder that affects the sympathetic nervous system. Its most common characteristic is chronic and severe pain. The sympathetic nervous system is responsible for regulating involuntary functions and movements of the body. For example, it regulates blood pressure, the constriction of the blood vessels, and the heart rate. When this system abnormally or excessively responds, it results to reflex sympathetic dystrophy syndrome.
What are the symptoms of RSD/CRPS?
Statistics show that CRPS is more common in women than men and people aged 20-35. However, it can also occur in children. The following are the most common symptoms associated with this condition.
- Severe, chronic, and burning pain.
- Swelling and stiffness of the joints.
- Sudden change in hair and nail growth pattern.
- Decreased ability to move the body part affected by the condition.
- Changes in skin temperature and color.
- Some people have sweaty skin.
What causes RSD/CRPS?
It is a chronic pain condition that results from a dysfunction in the peripheral or central nervous system. The pain occurs when high levels of nerve impulses are sent to the site affected.
