There may be required forms to complete prior to visiting the office. You need to download, read and fill out several forms. We also assess your specific condition or syndrome and work from there. We will then be able to place you on the schedule for any treatments.

That depends on your condition and syndrome. But we can assure you that we can alleviate and ease your suffering for a certain period of time. Our procedures and treatments are effective because we use a different approach to a specific kind of pain. We can make the pain go away at least for a while, if not permanently.

The length of the procedure depends on the condition being treated and the form of procedure itself. This may also depend on a patient to patient basis.

There are no side effects to the injections. You don’t need to worry about possible side effects because we will fully assess your status and condition before treating you with injections.

Arizona Pain and Spine Institute accept most commercial insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare for covered treatments. We also offer cutting-edge regenerative treatments that are often not covered by insurance plans, in which case we are happy to discuss payment options with you.
